ZHUSHA ZHI started with something very small — a red bean.
In Chinese culture, red beans have long been associated with longing and thinking of someone you care about. Such a tiny thing can hold so much meaning.
I just wanted it to be a little touch of red.
THE DESIGN
I’ve always felt that jewelry shouldn’t need to be loud.
It’s there to add something to the person wearing it, not to take over.

Because the people we meet are never exactly alike. Neither are the marks they leave with us.

I don’t take stones and shape them until they all look the same.
