A little care helps keep your jewelry looking its best. Because RONGHUA pieces may use different metals, natural materials, stones, and craft techniques, always follow any product-specific care notes first.

Everyday Care

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or doing household work.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, and other chemicals.
• Put jewelry on after cosmetics and fragrance have dried.
• After wearing, gently wipe the piece with a clean, soft, dry cloth before storing it.

Sterling & Fine Silver

Silver can naturally oxidize or tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, skin oils, or chemicals. This is a normal characteristic of silver rather than a manufacturing defect.

Store silver jewelry dry and separately. For suitable uncoated silver pieces, use a soft silver-polishing cloth with gentle pressure. Avoid aggressive polishing, abrasive cleaners, or chemical dips unless the individual product instructions specifically allow them.

Natural Jade & Natural Materials

Natural jade and other natural materials may show individual differences in color, pattern, texture, translucency, inclusions, or tone. These variations make each piece individual and are not considered defects.

Avoid hard impacts, sudden temperature changes, harsh chemicals, and ultrasonic or steam cleaning unless a professional confirms that the specific piece is suitable for that method.

Plated, Coated & Other Finishes

Some designs may use plating, coatings, mixed materials, or special surface techniques. These finishes can wear gradually with friction and exposure to water or chemicals. Keep them dry, avoid polishing compounds, and wipe gently with a soft cloth.

Storage

Store pieces separately in a dry place to reduce scratching, tangling, and oxidation. Keep delicate chains fastened when possible and avoid placing heavy items on top of jewelry.
