These Terms of Service govern your use of the RONGHUA website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under local law.

Eligibility & Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Products & Natural Materials

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and the natural characteristics of materials can affect appearance.

Natural materials, including natural jade where specified on a product page, may vary in color, pattern, texture, translucency, and other characteristics. These natural variations are not defects. Material claims shown on an individual product page apply to that product and should not be assumed to apply to every RONGHUA item.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is placed. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase is the price charged, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

We may limit quantities, decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, legal restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded.

Orders & Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted in every jurisdiction. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch, subject to mandatory local law.

Gift Messages

You are responsible for the content of any personal gift message you submit. Gift messages must not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content. We may decline to reproduce content that we reasonably believe violates these terms or applicable law.

A personal gift message customizes the presentation of the order but does not, by itself, make otherwise eligible jewelry non-returnable under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping, Duties, Returns & Refunds

RONGHUA offers complimentary international shipping to supported destinations and, wherever possible, uses shipping services that allow applicable import charges to be handled by us in advance. Destination-specific customs rules and exceptions may still apply. Full shipping, delivery, duties, tracking, returns, refunds, cancellations, and lost-package terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The RONGHUA name, branding, website design, product photography, text, graphics, and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our protected content without permission, except where law expressly permits.

Reviews & Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. We will not claim ownership of your original content. Where you expressly submit content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to display and use it for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to applicable law and any separate permissions we request.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the service, commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RONGHUA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by the law applicable to your purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the date the updated Terms are posted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in the country or region where you live.

Applicable Consumer Law

These Terms are not intended to deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available in the country or region where you live. If a provision conflicts with a non-waivable local consumer right, that mandatory right will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
